Media Reader

I just finished putting together a system and everything works fine except the media card reader. It’s made by Soyo and it’s called the Bayone AVI 6.1 the reader came with 2 cable and i did just like the book said but they still don’t show up in my computer. If anyone has experience with media cards please give some help.
