MemFreeFactor is out of range

I have a web server 700 Mhz, 256MB Memory, Internet Information Server 3, Exchange 5.5 with SP3 installed, outlook web access installed.

Recently I developed a program in Active Server Pages that allows users to access from web a Microsoft Access 2000 database. The program is a search engine that queries the database and retrieves information.

From time to time I get my Internet Information Server crashed (www/ftp services stop) for some reason. I checked the event viewer and I saw the following error message in the Application log: SOURCE Active Server Pages: “Warning, Registry key MemFreeFactor is out of range. Use 1 as the default.”

If you have an idea what is going on, please tell me.
