Memory Dump….

Hi,
I have a problem with my XP and windows 2000 system, The problem is that when ever i run games like sims or cricket 2002, it crashes. It gives a blue screen and says starting memory dump. What does that mean, Is there any way i can solve this problem?? Any idea’s.
