memory error

I just instlled windows millinium and have all the updates installed more memory 64mg now running 128mg and am getting not enought memory errors and low on resourses errors my memory is mixed i have 133 and a 100 stick in. running norton 2003 systemworks and personal fire wall and the printer is acting funny and had a hard time installing was wondering if it would be from the memory or the nortons programs hoging all the memory and resourses or somthing else other wise the machine runs fine and it has a 600 celeron all in one board thanks Brian
