Memory issue or Video?

Trying to diagnose mobo problem: My machine won’t boot up and right as I turn it on, I get a long, shrill beep followed by two short beeps. My board is an AMD NF7 v2.0, but I can’t find the beep code for it online. I’m also getting no activity on my monitor.

Any suggestions or possibilities for narrowing down the source of the problem?
