Memory Reference Error

I have been getting these memory reference error from time to time in Win2000 when i used explorer or Peachtree accounting softwware. Microsoft states that this problem was addressed with service pack 2, but even after i have installed it, it stillhave been giving me these error. Peachtree company are unaware of this problem and says that it is with windows 2000. any ideas on how to fix this problem?
