Memory required on Cisco 2600 for IPSec

I have a Cisco 26xx router with 32K NVRam and 8Mb flash. IOS 12.0
I need to install IP/Plus, IPSec to enable a VPN connection from my office to a remote office.
Do I need to install additional memory or is my configuration sufficient.
