menu maker

I have Micrstation Auto CAD drawings (300)with name and numbers which I have to call up manually.
I would like to find a menu maker that will call them up automatically or type name and numbers
and they will come up. I am working with Windows 2000. Do you know of a menu maker that can do this
either for free or if I have to pay. And if so where I can find one.
