Menu memory faults

I have added a menu(#include ) interface to an existing c language program operating under SCO. I am having numerous memory faults and cannot trace why. I am releasing all windows, and menu items after each call, but something is not working. Sco is not printing the c source when using sdb, so it is difficult to debug. Any advice would be greating appreciated.
