MERGE PARTITION

Currently my NT Server ‘C’ drive is run out of space. I have remove whatever I can in order to free out the space. however I’m still facing the problem due to we wrongly partition it to 500MB only as FAT previously.

My question is is there any tools/software for me to run to combine the current ‘C’ drive in FAT format with my ‘D’ drive with NTFS format wihout lossing any system & data files ?
