Merging hard disk partitions

I have a 160 gb hard drive on my laptop. 10 Gb(F:) is used in hp recovery drive. And i have three partitions namely C:,D:,E: each of 50 GB.
Now i want to merge back C:, D:, E:. Operating system is windows vista ultimate.
Can i do it using windows or not? And how to do it???
