Merging .REG files in NT4

Im deploying an lmhost file that gets copied to each user “etc” folder as they logon to the NT4 LAN. That part works great, but I can’t seem to get the syntax correct for “turning on” the registry tweak to enable lmhost.
The .reg gets installed correctly when I manually double click it so I know that part works. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
