Messages keep coming back

I have a user that received a message on 11/26. He deleted this message and ever since it continues to come back. He has two such messages that continue to be showing up in his mailbox. No other messages do this. He is using Outlook 2k CW mode ste to work offline. How can I get rid of these duplicating messages.
