MFC Runtime Module

My customer is running Windows 98. It just started to happen that when she logs on to the network, she receives the following error message.

MFC Runtime Module

This application or DLL can not be loaded on Windows 95 or on Windows 3.1. It takesadvantage of Unicode features only available on Windows NT.

Does anyone know what this means or how to fix it?
