Microsoft Access

Made a database, went to tools, security, then user and group permissions. Set a password. came out then tried to go back in, asked for password, DEFINITELY typed in the correct one, got an error message saying “Not a valid account name or Password” OS XP Professional, I am logged on as administrator with all rights.
