Microsoft “Admin” flag

I recall from my school days that if you installed a Microsoft product with the “-a” flag it would allow you to do network setups from then on. This flag doesn’t seem to work anymore. Does anyone know the flag that is used now?
(This would be used if you had multiple licenses so that rather than re-entering the CD key each time it would on the initial install ask for the number of licenses you owned)
