microsoft download error

Ok… this seems simple enough but has continued to plague me. The secretary at my company uses alot of clips from microsoft’s Design Gallery Live for memos and such.

Only as of lately she gets an error just as the download begins saying: “access to the specified device, path, or file is denied” She’s able to download from any other site without a hitch. I’ve tried lowering her content and security settings but with no luck. I’ve tried logging on as different users and still, no luck. support.microsoft.com is a joke. My head is spinning from being lead in circles by them. I spoke to Bill Gates personally about this and he said that he… I’m kidding, of course. But seriously, I’m pretty stumped by this one.Any suggestions?”
