I had MSO 2K running with the shortcut bar containing Office; Accessories and QuickShelf toolbars. One day my son operated the PC and I lost the QuickShelf toolbar. I wasn’t able to get it back and even adding a new toolbar with that name doesn’t help – no shortcuts placed on it work. I tried detect and repair from MSWord and also repair Office from add/remove programs but the toolbar refuses to come back and any new toolbar created fails to work. Previously I could also drag shortcuts from thedesktop on to the Office toolbar but that too doen’t work now except the default ones. The Accessories bar is working all right but any shortcut I create there also gets added in the Start->Programs->Accessories.
I am using WindowsME on a PIII 866 machine with 40GB HDD and 256MB SDRAM and have MS Office 2000 Professional(naturally ;)).
