Microsoft OLE DB Provider for ODBC

I am unable to access a MS Access DB from an ASP page when the DB is not on a local drive.

The error displays: “The Microsoft Jet database engine cannot open the file ‘(unknown)’. It is already opened excusively by another user, or you need permission to view its data.
