Microsoft Peer Web Services

I have a machine running NT4.0 Workstation. I installed Microsoft Peer Web Services, and everything went well. Now I would like to uninstalled it. I tried to remove it from the services tab in Network Neighbourhood but it is still there. I also tried to remove it from control panel Add/Remove Programs, and it is still there, even after rebooting. I also got some ODBC errors on startup as well. What gives? I am hoping uninstalling will get rid of the ODBC errors, If I can.
