Microsoft Personal Web Server problems

I am having trouble with Microsoft Personal Web Server. PWS is a free product that is a developer version of IIS. I loaded one version from the MSDN download site. It did not install correctly and gave errors that the “Server objects” components did not install correctly. The commands Server.Transfer and Server.Execute within Active Server Pages would not work.

I found another copy of the software, with more recent dates on the Windows 98 CD. It loaded with the same errors and the Server.Transfer and Server.Execute commands still do not work.

My question is – where do you get a current copy of Personal Web Server that will load on a Windows ME machine – and the Server object commands work ?
