Microsoft Personal Web Server

Is it possible in ANY way to get Microsoft PWS to work behind a Firewall/Router? From what I can tell, because of the router loop-back, the PWS sees only the internal IP, therefore making it impossible for it to listen to the correct IP and port. It seems there must be an .ini file or reg entry or ANYTHING that can be edited to bypass this issue. Thanks.
