Microsoft Publisher Unpack Files

Hi,
I installed a Linksys router switch on a computer with W98. I have one client connected. After the install I got this message. Microsoft Publisher Unpack files. Destination folder c:\windows\temp unpacking may take several minutes. When I clickok it says file cannot be found. If I click cancel it comes back when I reboot.
How do I stop this from coming back. MS KB lists nothing.
