Microsoft Sidewinder Precision 2 problem

I just purchased and installed the Microsoft Precision 2 USB joystick. It works perfectly except for one small problem…

When creating a new profile, my Microsoft Natural Keyboard Elite will not type the letter “R” while typing in a name for theprofile! All other programs work fine with the “R” wherever and whenever I type it!

I have tried contacting Microsoft Online Support but their site is having problems.

Any ideas?
