Microsoft “SP 1 for IE 6.0”

I have installed the “SP 1 for IE 6.0 ” and everything freezes up . I sent an e-mail to Microsoft and all I got was a run around . They were not willing to discuss the matter unless I paid them money .

The big question is , Do I need this patch ?
