Migrating DNS from Win2k server.

I would like to migrate an entire dns database and settings from the PDC win2k server to the BDC win2k server.Then after this I intend to make the BDC the master and demote the PDC. Could someone explain the easiest way to do this with the least aggrevation.? Thanks
