Migrating Domains

I have two domains setup, one NT4 domain and one Win2K domain. I’m trying to take all computers in the NT4 domain and join them to the Win2K domain. My problem lies in the fact that I want there personal setting to remain the same but when I join their computers to the new domain, I get a new profile created and have to reimport their Outlook info, copy their my documents folder, etc. Is there a way to join a new domain and keep all setting during the transition?
