Migrating file share and permissions

How can I migrate shares with permissions from NT 4 server to 2000 member server in a NT domain? (User data, profiles, group drives)

Is there a backup software that can do this and restore file security?(share permissions and NTFS permissions)Many thanks in advance for your advice!
