Migrating folder/shares from NT to 2000

My company has a file server running NT4 spk6. We have a company share called xxxx. We have a new server running Win2K server which will replace it. We would like to move the folder which has all the company files and folders from the NT box to the 2000 box. Is there a tool that will basically copy this folder from one server to another WITH the shares and rights to the new Win2K server? I’ve used the printmig utility in the past for migrating printers with their shares to another server and I would like to do the same except with the file/shares.
