Migrating from one server to another.

We are switching servers from Compaq to Dells.
Are there any white papers on how best to restore the old system to the new.
We are running Backup Exec 8.5, but won’t i have problem with the HAL, Local Groups, Printers and Users.
These servers are our F&P servers.

Where might i get some info on this ?
