Migrating from Win95 to WinNT

I’m looking for some kind of cheat sheet for users that will be moving from Win95 to WinNT. Some are not very computer literate but most are.
Does anyone have experience with this kind of move? Apart from the obvious differences such as ctrl-alt-del to log on etc, what have your users found to be a challenge when moving from 95 to NT?

Any help would be great!
