Migrating to Windows

Hello, I?ve many DOS Clipper Programs and I need to migrate them to Windows. I?m looking for a language or library option to do this. I saw the Clip4win, Visual Objects, and many others. I would like to know if anyone have experience of any way to do that, and to find the easier programming method.
