Migration NT to SNAP Server – 2000 pts

Am moving Folders (with associated Permissions) from a Windows NT 4.0 server to a SNAP server. Does anyone have a process to do so quickly? At this point I can only see setting up folders on the SNAP, moving data and then recreating Permission …..a looooooong process as there are 100’s of Folders, sub Folders, etc.

I have had suggestions of the NT backup/restore, xcopy, apps, etc. but these methods do not recreat Permissions properly.

Has anyone had experience with SNAP servers and migrating Folders?
