Migration to Lotus Domino from MDaemon

I am Lotus Notes Administrator.
We have got a Mdaemon server and a Lotus Domino Server. We plan to migrate Mdaemon users to Lotus Notes in the near future.
First , Is it possible to migrate the Mdaemon users to Lotus Notes server.
If so how can this be done ?
Is there any tool provided by you through which we can migrate the users and mails.
