Minidump files causing random reboots

Whenvever I am on the internet and go back and click on My Computer or anything else for that matter I get a reboot,this has been going on long before the Blaster worm ever got out. Microsofts reporting errors says its the C:Windows\Minidump\Mini052003-01.dmp, also C:Documen~Raymon~\LOCALS~1\TEMP\WER4.TMP.dir00\sysdata.XML…I have shut off error reporting thinking that might solve it to no avail.I would like to know how to solve this problem. Went to dump file chk but dont really understand how to use it….Thanks in advance…..RWells9263@aol.com
