Minimizing open Windows

I have one computer in my organization which will minimize program Windows all by itself. It did it once while the user was working in the program. Not a big deal because she can just restore the program from the taskbar but it would get annoying after a while. I have never encountered a computer doing this before. This computer has just been reformatted with a new install of Windows 98. Any ideas?
