Minimum hardware requirements

Although Microsoft states that the minimum hardware requirements to load Windows 2000 is a 133Mhz Pentium-compat. processor, 64Mb of RAM and a 2Gb hard drive, it loads and runs so slow at that speed and in that space. Has anyone come up with a goodminimum hardware requirement list for some reasonable performance. We, within our group have tested and established a 400Mhz/128Mb/4Gb minimum.
