Minolta Dimage Scan Dual II SLOW!!!
I just purchased a Minolta Dimage Scan Dual II for our photo. when they saw the box they were all excited, because it was suppose to be a great scanner.

Well, after I installed the scanner the excitement ended. The scanner is slow. Slower than Minolta states in the manual (ie. scans are taking three to five minutes to scan on low res. settings. A few scans took over seven minutes to complete).

So, is anyone else having problems? If so, what have youdone about it. Were you able to make it faster? Did you send it back?
