Mircosoft Word 2000 and Windows2000 Pro

Is there a setting/option in Microsoft Word 2000 using OS Windows 2000 to be able to open Word Documents without having the Documents listed on the Taskbar. Ex: Excel allows you to have One Program open and have all your excell files open within that one program and not listed on the Taskbar. Is this option available in Word?
