I have an NT 4.0 server running mirror software between two identical drives. drive one have 3 partitions, non dos, C and, d Drive number 2 have two partitions c and d
Drive number one is not working
I could boot from drive number 2 using a boot dist to point to the second drive
but even after I modify the boot.ini to point to the secondrive it can not boot and it display the following error.
CAN NOT FIND NTLDR
the ntldr file is on the second drive
the boot.ini is pointing to the second drive
Its this because the non dos partition?
Its there is a way around this so I do not need to use a disk to boot the server?
thanks for your help
