Missing Administrative Tools

I have three Windows 2000 Pro systems that were all migrated from Windows NT. On one system, three of the administration tools are missing. Control Panel -> Addministrative Tools -> Computer Management, a tree structure is displayed. The second branch of the tree is called ‘Storage’. On this one system there is only one tool listed, Diskeeper. On the other systems there are four tools, Disk Management, Diskeeper, Logical Drives, and Removable Storage.
On can I restore/rebuild this list oftools (short of reinstalling Windows)?
