Missing calls while surfing!!!!!!!

When we are on the Internet the phone line is busy and no one can ring through. We can’t use any phone company services to get around the problem. Is there software (suitable for indian telecom services i.e; BSNL)out there that we can run and it will cut the Internet off when the phone rings?
