missing file

When norton utilities runs after booting up, I
get the same( missing file:”C\program files\
microsoft image composer\img comp.exe” pal.dll.”
I also get a couple more that ends with
server.dll.” and other (artfx.dll.” these are
problems I haveto fix before I can go on.
