Missing file on boot in WIN XP

On boot error message” can not find file virtual truck setting” is displayed. Rest of the OS works fine. What is “virtual truck setting” ?
How can I remove it from appearing on boot.
Have checked in msconfig; startup, search files and folders, does not show any thing like thi
