Missing Files in Windows

When I run Norton Systemworks to check for windows problems I am able to clear all problems except the following 2 errors;
“C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM\awfex32.exe”
cannot access a necessary file:
“awfxrn32.dll”
“:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM\awfex32.exe” cannot access a necessary file:
“awlft332.dll”

Is there a way to clear these problems?
