missing gina dll after installation of netgear adaptor

Hope someone can help. After installing Netgear adaptor have now got message
“User Interface Failure”-reinstall or download rtlgina2.dll. Only thing left to press is restart which brings me straight back to this screen. Have downloaded fix for this problem onto pen drive but cannot load pc to download the fix!
Help anyone please.
