missing load.exe

I deleted the file ‘load.exe’ which Norton Antivirus cannot repair nor inoculate, as another option for fixing the W32.Nimda.A@mm.
Virus it detected. And when I restarted my pc, a message came up ‘cannot locate load.exe’. How can I reinstall it?Install copy of load.exe from another clean pc?
