Does anyone out there have a shared hosting account with a company called Host Europe(Web Fusion) ? recently these guys trsnferred their existing customer accounts from their own servers onto MyServerWorld.com ever since the changeover there has been numerous amounts of e-mail addressed to our employees going missing and there has been a severe lapse in the speed of connection to the mail servers. They claim no responsibility whatsoever for the missing mail due to the fact that the senders don’t receive any “un-deliverable mail” report. However when i went to create a new e-mail account the other day on their on-line service area I noticed that the new username was registered as pop.joe.bloggs whereas before usernames were just registered as joe.bloggs and all of our existing users in the same mail box are still registered as joe.bloggs. I’d be very interested in hearing from anyone else that’s had similar problems of mail going missing.
