Missing Menu Item in Font Folder / W98SE

I thought I saw something recently about a registry hack regarding installing fonts. I think it was in a TechRepublic newsletter, but I’m not sure.

If so, can someone forward me the issue again?

I think it had to do with a missing item on themenu bar in the fonts folder. Any help is appreciated.
