Missing operating System

I have windows Nt 4.0 O.S.(NTFS). After mirroring the system partition, the server was restarted and it came with the message : “Missing Operating System”.

Fdisk shows both the drives as active and their is no way to turn off the second drive asactive partition. I don’t have a startup disk to boot the system. Please advise
